I have an invitation for you. But wait….

It’s that I’ve noticed that we’re going through a strange period of change. 

Something that destroys itself, disappears.

Another that painfully springs from the rubble. 

Have you noticed this too?

That which comes apart has to do with an obsolete way of thinking. 

An old way of putting collective social structures into practice. 

But the green leaf that sprouts, activating the future in the crack of what was once a wall,

Has to do with a new form of presence and of power.

It begins to grow spontaneously, from and through small networks of people.

The quality of the connection is different. 

A superior way of being present, with each other and with what wants to emerge. 

This is serious. 

It’s about the link we have. 

How we communicate between ourselves and between larger systems.

This green leaf is watered by the ability to self-reflect. 

So that we aren’t simply absorbed by the objects around us, in our hands. 

I’m inviting you. 

Connect with the now and pay more attention to your attention. 

Maybe floating about five meters up,

With an aerial view like those little robots with propellers take all over the place.

See something outside yourself and also your own gaze. 

Distance yourself more, now at about 50.

See what your capacity is for moving from debate to a self-reflective conversation.

Can you see your own posture?

That’s where the seed of transformation, of the future, lies.

In the capacity to see our reality more clearly, with neither prejudices nor judgements.

Let's no longer collectively create results that no one wants.
And enjoy the change in the quality of thought, dialogue, and collective action.

Being truly present means overcoming the distraction of excess, of the past, of the future, of others and of our own ego.

É que percebo atravessarmos um período estranho de mudanças.

Algo que se destrói, desaparece.

Outro, que dolorosamente nasce por entre escombros.

Essa folha verde é regada pela capacidade de autorreflexão.

Pra não, simplesmente, sermos absorvidos pelos objetos à nossa volta, em nossa mão.

Conectar com o agora e prestar mais atenção à sua atenção.

Talvez flutuando a uns 5 metros,

Com uma visão aérea igual à que aqueles robozinhos com hélices fazem por aí.

Vê algo fora de você e também o seu próprio olhar.

Se distancia mais, agora a uns 50.

Vê sua capacidade de mover do debate à uma conversa autorreflexiva.

Consegue enxergar a própria postura?

Aí está a semente da transformação, do futuro.

Na capacidade de ver nossa realidade com mais clareza, sem preconceitos, nem julgamentos.

Deixemos de criar coletivamente resultados que ninguém quer.

E desfrutemos da mudança na qualidade do pensamento, do diálogo e da ação coletiva.
